Appointments – In-Person and Telehealth
Overview
Telehealth appointments can be conducted over the phone or via video on a smart phone, tablet or computer equipped with camera access.
Current patients, new patients and those who do not have insurance can call (808) 622-1618 and leave a detailed message regarding the reason for the requested telehealth appointment.
All voicemail messages will be responded to within a timely manner.
Current Patients please provide the following:
- Name, date of birth, current provider at Wahiawā Health, a detailed reasoning for the call and a phone number. Please include the area code for your callback number.
New Patients please provide the following:
- Name, date of birth, insurance provider, detailed reasoning for the call, and a phone number. Please include the area code for your callback number.
Patients without Insurance:
- Please call us at (808) 622-1618 to discuss our sliding pay scale options and for assistance applying for Med-QUEST, Hawaiʻi’s Medicaid managed health care program.

Other Services
Our care team provides a variety health screenings and physical exams to keep you healthy and to detect possible diseases in the early stages when treatment is the most effective. Routine immunizations, family planning, and disease management are also offered by our highly qualified providers.
Wahiawā Health offers in-house pharmacy services to provide patients with integrated medication management, prescription accuracy and convenience.
Wahiawā Health’s expanded women’s services include full OB/GYN care through our partnerships and pediatric department.
