Overview
To focus on the care and quality of life for our kupuna, we now offer an on-staff geriatrician. With a range of services our team of qualified practitioners are here to diagnose, treat, and create comprehensive care plans that work for our patients and their families. Common services include:
- Welness exam: Inludes a physical examination, health screenings, and assessments of medications, mentation, mobility, and what matters to our patient’s quality of life
- Treatment for falls, need for assistive devices, and fall prevention
- Cognitive testing for memory related illnesses
- Diabetes diagnosis, treatment, and management
- Medication management
- Infection treatment
- Wound care and skin related issues
- Assessment of functional status
- Geriatric depression screening
- Advanced care planning
- Caregiver support

Other Services
Our care team provides a variety health screenings and physical exams to keep you healthy and to detect possible diseases in the early stages when treatment is the most effective. Routine immunizations, family planning, and disease management are also offered by our highly qualified providers.
Wahiawā Health offers in-house pharmacy services to provide patients with integrated medication management, prescription accuracy and convenience.
Wahiawā Health’s expanded women’s services include full OB/GYN care through our partnerships and pediatric department.
