Wahiawā Health has become the primary source of preventive and ambulatory care in our community. By utilizing the patient-centered medical home model, we can provide complete and comprehensive care for the entire family.

As Wahiawā Health grows, programs such as Native Hawaiian alternatives and other holistic approaches will be explored and developed to meet the needs of the community.

Telehealth appointments are available and can be conducted over the phone or via video on a smart phone, tablet or computer equipped with camera access.

Our care team provides a variety health screenings and physical exams to keep you healthy and to detect possible diseases in the early stages when treatment is the most effective. Routine immunizations, family planning, and disease management are also offered by our highly qualified providers.

To focus on the care and quality of life for our kupuna, we now offer an on-staff geriatrician. With a range of services our team of qualified practitioners are here to diagnose, treat, and create comprehensive care plans that work for our patients and their families.
Our diabetes management team provides education to our diabetes patients to help improve their quality of life, self-manage their illness, and reduce medical costs.
Our podiatry department specializes in diagnosis and treatment of conditions and disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower leg, as well as performing foot and ankle surgery. Our providers work closely with the care and treatment of diabetic patients.

Wahiawā Health offers a school-based health center for students at Kaʻala Elementary School as part of its commitment to meeting the needs of the community.

School Based Health is provided through school and community health partnerships in collaboration with school administration and health services staff.

Wahiawā Health Offers Program to Help Patients Stop Using Tobacco. At Wahiawā Health, our providers care about the health of every patient. We know that quitting tobacco is a challenging process. Our team of certified Tobacco Treatment Specialists (TTS) are here to support patients on their journey to be tobacco-free.

Wahiawā Health offers in-house pharmacy services to provide patients with integrated medication management, prescription accuracy and convenience.
