ABOUT – Wahiawā Health, federally qualified health center look-alike, offers health care for the entire family. We provide residents of Wahiawā, Waialua, Mililani, Schofield, Kunia and all surrounding areas as a single point of access to comprehensive and quality health care.

Family and Adult Care
Preventative and acute medical services including:
- Physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management
- Laboratory services and screenings
- Health education and counseling
Primary Care for Infants, Children, Adolescents and Teens
- Well-child checkups between 2 weeks and 3 years, and yearly after age 3
- Immunizations for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school entry

Behavioral Health – We can evaluate the mind-body-behavior connection to help improve the choices you make about your health. Areas of focus include:
- Mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD counseling

Diabetes Center of Hawaii
- Diabetes screening, diagnosis, prevention, education, and lifestyle management
- Lowering A1C levels, blood pressure and cholesterol

- Medication management through our in-house pharmacy
Geriatric Specialty Center – Our Geriatric Specialty Center specializes in the unique health needs of our kūpuna, collaborating with families as needed. Provides specialized care and improves the quality of life for our kūpuna. Our team of qualified practitioners are here to diagnose, treat, and create comprehensive care plans that work for our patients and their families.
Health Screenings – X-ray, laboratory, cancer screenings, infectious diseases, cholesterol testing, blood lead test, pediatric visions, hearing and COVID testing.
Men’s Health – Comprehensive wellness services to improve and optimize men’s health. Services include health assessments, geriatric specialty, diabetes management, hypertension, and diagnostic screening.
Podiatry – Our podiatry department specializes in diagnosis and treatment of conditions and disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Our podiatrist works closely with the care and treatment of diabetic patients.
Women’s Health and OB/GYN Care – Prenatal and postnatal care, including ultrasounds and nutritional planning; annual exams (pelvic, breast, Pap smears) and birth control.
Wahiawā Health Pharmacy – Wahiawā Health’s in-house pharmacy is located in the Family Medicine Clinic in Suite 106. We provide medications at a reduced cost through our sliding scale fee system, free medication packaging that reduces the need for multiple plastic pill bottles, free medication delivery, comprehensive medication management, diabetes self-management education, hypertension education, medication education, hepatitis C management, COVID vaccinations and COVID testing.
PATIENT SERVICES
Insurance – We accept most forms of insurance, including AlohaCare, UnitedHealthcare, HMSA, HMAA, Ohana Health Plan, UHA, TRICARE Select, Medicare, Medicaid and other private insurance. We provide discounted services on a sliding scale fee and can assist with enrollment, regardless of your ability to pay.
Military and Veteran Care – Wahiawā Health is committed to helping veterans, military families, and their dependents with their health care needs. If you have TRICARE Select, Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance or need assistance getting insurance, we are here to help.
Telehealth – Wahiawā Health welcomes in-person patient visits as well as telehealth appointments via video on a smart phone, tablet or computer equipped with a camera.
Transportation Options – Wahiawā Health can help patients arrange transportation to medical appointments.

AFTER HOURS SUPPORT
If the office is closed and you need to talk to your provider about a non-life threatening but urgent medical condition or are unsure if you need to go to the emergency room, you can call Physician Exchange at 808-524-2575.
