Nurse Practitioner
Kristia is a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who believes in providing thoughtful, patient-centered care that treats the whole person. With experience in geriatric care, pain management, and hospice and palliative care, she is passionate about building genuine relationships with her patients and families and providing care that is culturally sensitive, respectful, and centered around what matters most to each individual. Her connection to the local community is a meaningful part of who she is and continues to shape the way she cares for her patients.
Kristia received her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Kristia is originally from Seattle but grew up coming to Oahu to visit family every year. Kristia and her family took a leap of faith and moved to Oʻahu in 2015. Since then, Hawaiʻi has become home. She loves the culture, lifestyle, and, most importantly, the people of Hawaiʻi. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising with her husband and friends, dancing hula, and spending time with her family. Her two daughters keep her busy and bring her great joy. She and her husband are deeply grateful for the opportunity to raise their girls here to know their Hawaiian roots.
