At the heart of Christy’s work is the belief that people make sense in the context of their experiences, relationships, families, and communities. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, humor, and respect, creating a space where people can feel heard and understood while working toward meaningful change.

Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Christy values building genuine relationships with her clients and honoring the strengths, culture, and lived experiences they bring with them.

Christy earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
