Skye was born and raised in Wahiawā. A Kamehameha Schools graduate, she is continuing her academic journey studying nursing at Kapiʻolani Community College. Kaohu joined the clinical care team to help address the social determinants of health and help connect people in her community to the resources they need. She is passionate about giving back to the community of Wahiawā through her community health worker lead outreach and care coordinator role.
