After graduating from Leilehua High School, Alyssa earned her registered dental assistant credential from Pima Medical Institute in Renton, Washington. She continued her dental education at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she received a dental radiology certificate. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public health at Southern New Hampshire University.

Prior to joining Wahiawā Health, she worked at Schofield Barracks Dental Clinic (DDHC) as a dental and sterilization technician and received her OSAP-DALE Foundation dental infection prevention and control certificates. Previously she worked as a dental assistant at the USS Osborne Dental Clinic in Great Lakes, IL.

Alyssa enjoys hiking and going to the beach with her family, reading, and running.
