The Waialua Health is an extension of Wahiawā Health, a federally qualified health center, providing residents of Waialua and neighboring communities access to affordable, compassionate and quality health care.
Our knowledgeable and caring providers at Waialua Health provide a welcoming and safe environment for patients of all ages, from keiki, adolescents and adults, to kūpuna and families.
Services include Family Medicine, Primary and Pediatric Care, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Diabetes and Geriatric Care, Screenings and Immunizations, Social Services and Outreach and Chronic Care Management.
Services Provided at Waialua Health
Primary Care for Adults – preventative and acute medical services, including:
- Physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management
- Laboratory services, screenings and immunizations, health education Primary Care for infants and children
Infants and Children
- Well-child checkups between 2 weeks and 3 years, and yearly after age 3
- Immunizations for school entry and sports physicals
Behavioral Health
- Mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD counseling
- Stress and anger management
- Substance addiction treatment and therapy
- Quitting smoking & weight management
Geriatric Care
- Management of medications, mentation (mental activity), mobility, and what matters most to the patient
- Cognitive testing
Diabetes Care and Management
- Diabetes screening, diagnosis, prevention and evaluation
- Monitoring lowering A1C levels, blood pressure and cholesterol
