Wahiawā Health is currently offering COVID-19 Vaccines
Our trained Pharmacy and Medical Team administers COVID-19 vaccines to patients ages 5 years and older. For appointments, please call us at 808-622-1618, select option 2 to schedule an appointment. We accept walk-ins, please call to find out more details. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. All vaccinations are contingent upon Wahiawā Health receiving vaccine dosage supplies from the Department of Health.

What COVID vaccines do you have?
We offer Pfizer and Moderna – please call us to confirm which vaccines we have in stock.
How much does the vaccine cost?
The vaccine is free of charge, however, if you have insurance an administrative fee will be charged to your insurance provider.
What if I don’t have insurance?
The vaccine is free of charge, if you do not have insurance, no administrative fee will be charged. We will connect you with our Community Health Worker to assist you in signing up for health insurance and/or utilizing our sliding scale fee based on your income.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring one of the following forms of identification:
Photo ID – State, government, or passport
School ID – With school name and photo
