As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), she has worked in the mental health field since 1998, serving the adult population in navigating grief, anxiety & depression, addiction and a wide range of mental health challenges using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven, evidence-based approaches.

These experiences can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and disconnected. Using proven Cognitive Behavioral strategies combined with compassionate guidance and decades of clinical experience, she empowers clients to break free from destructive patterns, address the root causes of their struggles, empowering them to move forward with purpose, self-acceptance, emotional balance, and the confidence to navigate life’s complexities.
