Kailey Hifumi, PharmD

Dr. Kailey Hifumi grew up in Mililani and is a graduate of Punahou School. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Pacific University School of Pharmacy in Hillsboro, Oregon. She is board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) and holds a certificate as a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Lifestyle Coach through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES). She also completed Tobacco Treatment Specialist training through the University of Kentucky and is recognized as a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist by the American Heart Association and the Association for the Treatment of Tobacco Use and Dependence (ATTUD).

At Wahiawā Health, Dr. Hifumi provides comprehensive medication management with a focus on diabetes care, tobacco cessation, and chronic disease management. She works collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team to improve medication safety, support disease prevention, and help patients achieve their health goals through individualized, evidence-based care.

Prior to joining Wahiawā Health, Dr. Hifumi worked at Pharmacare Hawaii as the Pharmacy Clinical Services Supervisor and an Infusion Pharmacist. Her commitment to accessible, high-quality care reflects her dedication to serving the local community.
